Andrew served with the City of Roseville from 2007–2024. His roles included Patrol Sergeant/Major Crimes Investigations Sergeant and Bomb Squad Commander from 2016–2024, leading officers, detectives, and analysts through complex investigations and high-risk operations.
At Trident Investigations LLC, he leads criminal defense, workplace, and AOE/COE and workers’ compensation investigations. His work includes claimant, witness, and employer interviews, documentary evidence gathering, and clear investigative reports used in liability, HR, and legal decisions.
